This includes executive compensation disputes, ownership conflicts, breach of fiduciary duty claims, fraud cases, and other high-value business and employment claims where the right arrangement allows a deserving client to compete against a well-funded opponent.
This is not a mass-market contingency practice. Kevin selects these cases carefully. The criteria are: a meritorious claim, a defendant with the ability to pay a meaningful judgment or settlement, and facts that hold up under scrutiny.
